There are a lot of brand new phones coming out, and the ones below are the very best of what you are going to see in 2009. On the right is my favourate, the LG GD910

Vodafone HTC Magic

This is the world’s first compact phone to use the Google android operating system. The phone has a touch screen. The phone is exclusive to Vodaphone as well. In my opinion this phone is a very good looking phone with its clean layout and smooth white skin. The phone has super fast internet so you can find what you want in seconds. The camera isn’t the best at 3.2 mega pixels however it still looks good in the high resolution screen

Nokia N97

This phone is also known as a mobile computer as it has a huge 32GB of memory that you can store many applications on and tons of music. It’s also touch screen however to make typing easier it also has a keyboard. It’s also got a great GPS and of course full internet. This phone will come around spring/summer in 2009 and will be a popular phone.

LG GD910

Over here you have the first phone that you can buy when you go to a normal phone shop that is a watch with touch screen and the best bit is it’s a mobile phone as well. It has a 1.4 inch touch screen which I think is not too bad and considering that if you make it to big then it will look stupid. You can also communicate using 3G; this is a big achievement on a watch that is only 13.9mm thick, it’s almost becoming like them sci-fi movies we watch. You can also do the normal things you would do on your phone like listen to music and type messages. All this is great however I think you would look out of the ordinary if you were walking through town talking to your hand.

Motorola W233 Renew

This phone isn’t the best looking phone and it doesn’t have an amazing spec however what you will like about this phone is that it is its very environmentally friendly, all the plastics on this phone are made completely made from old water bottles. All this environmentally friendliness makes it the world’s first carbon neutral phone. So if you want to make your carbon footprint a little better then you should consider this phone.

Palm Pre

This phone is set out to compete with the iphone on functionality. They are both fairly similar however palm pre has a lot that the iphone doesn’t like a normal camera (3 mega pixels) and Bluetooth, these features have been useful. The pre also has an app store like the iphone however in my opinion the app store on the apple iphone is far better. The down side to this phone is that the keyboard that slides out is a bit small and the handset is a bit thick.
